Situated on the banks of the Ottawa River across from the beautiful Rockcliffe Parkway and Rockcliffe Lookout Point, and across from the home of the Prime Minister of Canada and numerous embassies.
The Kokomo Inn has a breath-taking view of Ottawa’s Parliament Hill, National Art Gallery, Ottawa river Islands and is a mere 8-15 minutes by car to Downtown Ottawa, or 20-30 minutes by bicycle.

The Space
BAHAMAS Room is a beautiful room on the 1st floor in the Kokomo Inn. The Bahamas room includes private ensuite bathroom with shower, a living room area with a table and chairs and a small fridge in the room. The Kokomo Inn has an obstructed view of the River and beautiful walking paths, a bike path, belvederes and lookout points on Jacques-Cartier street.
Common spaces
As our guests, you will have access to the shared kitchen. Included are our in-house coffee, Espresso, tea, and cereals and condiments for breakfast. There is a barbecue in the backyard available for you to use if you like. You may enjoy your dinner inside, or outside in our beautiful screened porch, or by the river in a beautiful open-air setting.
Access to the suite is on the 2nd floor is by means of a loft-style spiral staircase.
