Charming, comfortable and so welcoming

We had such a lovely stay at this B&B! The owners are incredibly sweet and welcoming, and they offer wonderful tips and insights for enjoying their beautiful city.

The location is fantastic. Just across from the house is a scenic walkway along the Ottawa River, perfect for a relaxing stroll and taking in the views. The property itself also has a lovely gazebo and a welcoming fire pit, making it such a nice place to sit outside and unwind. We could also easily walk to coffee shops, ice cream, a brewery, and several restaurants.

Our suite was so comfortable and beautifully appointed that, during our two-day stay, it truly felt like we had our own little hideaway. The shower was excellent, and the included breakfasts were spectacular. And the cappuccinos? Frothy, delicious, and the perfect way to start the morning!

One thing to note is that circular stairs lead up to the bedrooms, which may be challenging for some guests. However, the owner; John said he was more than happy to assist us, walking up and down the stairs with us whenever needed.

Overall, this was a charming, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. We felt right at home and would happily return!
